  • First, we’ll develop your strategic self-care plan so you can start enjoying life through work-life integration.  This is a supportive process where you’ll be held with compassion, wherever you’re at in your journey.

Is the investment really worth it?

The underlying question here is really: “Am I worth it?” I want to tell you that you absolutely are. Professionals in the nonprofit sector (especially women) are conditioned to think everyone else’s problems are more important than ours. We’re constantly running towards the fire and fixing other people’s issues. 

It’s too great of a risk to not invest in your own health. If you keep going down this path, you can end up in the hospital with stress ulcers, flaring up an auto-immune disorder, or suffering through another panic attack. 

You probably know what to do … but you’re not doing it. Coaching can be the nudge you need to start living a life you love again. 

What if my company finds out I’m doing this?
