I believe deeply that we can change our approach to leadership and fundraising.
I’ve worked at every level of the nonprofit sector. Although I loved so much about serving as a front-line fundraiser, nonprofit executive, Executive Director, and board member, I’ve also experienced the array of factors that lead to burnout on an individual and organizational level.
What changed everything for me, was learning the importance of self-reflection and the language of emotions. The ability to show up for me first, allows me to be fully present in my fundraising.
Today, I’m passionate about empowering, elevating, and engaging nonprofit leaders to build healthy, thriving organizations.
